These large drawings were created as studies for forthcoming sewn sculptures. They were done in early 2005 in the studio of Helen Redman in San Diego, CA. The organic sculptures have been rumbling around in the artist's head for many years and have appearing in paintings and published illustrations complete with "moving eyes".
